Very friendly staff, always willing to accommodate our needs. The dinners were a highlight, with delicious 5-course meals that were a feast for the taste buds. The location was perfect for us, as it offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with a countryside feel, yet still within a short drive to the ski lifts. The room itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, clean, and with a lovely view from the large balcony.
The operating hours of the spa area were not flexible enough, as it only opened from 15:00 to 19:00. It would have been nice to have the option to enjoy the sauna later in the evening or earlier during the day, as different guests have different preferences for relaxation times.

We had a lovely Easter break in a hotel that had very friendly staff. the dinner options were fantastic, and we enjoyed the five, course meal each night. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely views from the large balcony. the location was great, as it was peaceful with a countryside feel, yet it was only a fifteen, minute drive to the ski lifts.
That the spa area's operating hours were not flexible enough. the sauna was only available from 15, 19, and we would have preferred to have more flexibility to enjoy it after a long day skiing.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by serving us dinner even though we arrived late. The breakfast was of good standard, but the real highlight was the amazing 5-course dinners that were absolutely delicious. The location was exactly what I was looking for - a quiet place with a lovely countryside atmosphere, yet just a 15-minute drive away from the ski lifts. The room was just as spacious, clean, and charming as it looked in the pictures with a fantastic view and a large balcony. I would definitely come back for another visit.
There was nothing I didn't like.
